Recovery Zone offers affordable housing for people in transition. It is an excellent fit for those persons seeking a recovery residence that is less restrictive than a traditional halfway house but not yet completely independent. We provide a supportive, semi-structured environment that is conducive for men and women who often have had experience in a recovery process but find themselves recognizing the need for mutual, community oriented support. We encourage all residents to actively participate in a twelve step program or other community support of their choice. We, as well as the other residents are available to assist and guide by sharing our experience, strength and hope. We do not require residents to participate, but have found that meeting makers make it, plus they are way more pleasant to be around. Cost The cost to live at the Recovery Zone is $185.00 per week. Rent is paid in advance and is due on Fridays by 7:00 p.m. We also charge a one time, non-refundable admission fee of $150.00. This fee compensates for cleaning, damages and repairs. It is not applied to the last week's rent. We provide everything needed to start anew. Each apartment / house is a fully equipped living space. Included in the rent is a fully furnished apartment including air conditioning, all utilities, maintenance and repairs.
